What OneNode Means
The name of our Nano-GCC offering holds several ideas at once. Each one comes from what it takes to build and run a new centre well.
When a company decides to build capability in India, it usually starts small. A handful of people, a market where nobody knows its name, and colleagues at headquarters waiting to see whether the idea works.
The weight of that beginning sits around the work: an entity to form, a workspace to find, compliance to settle, leaders to hire, payroll to run. Each piece usually comes with its own provider, and the person leading the effort ends up connecting them all.
We called our Nano-GCC offering OneNode to take that burden off them. The first half of the name brings the pieces together. Design, establishment, staffing and governance run as one continuous body of work, so the team is productive from day one, with one partner answering for the whole.
The second half describes what the centre becomes. A node is a small point in a larger network that matters for what it connects to. A Nano-GCC earns its place the same way, through how closely it is tied to the parent company’s teams and decisions. Networks grow one node at a time, so a centre that starts as one well-built unit can prove itself before it expands.
There are three ways to engage. Employer of Record lets a company begin before it has an entity. Build, Operate, Transfer has us build and run the centre, then transfer it on agreed terms. Managed Services puts a defined outcome in our hands. Each arranges ownership differently, and each keeps one partner answerable for the centre.
Taken together, the name describes what a company needs when it starts something new: one place to begin, one partner to hold the pieces, and a centre connected to everything it was built to serve.
